We came to Floss & Gloss after being recommended by a friend. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and professional. They have the newest dental technology in the office. Their communication about the state of my teeth was outstanding. They used pictures to show and explain any work that needed to be done and what I needed to be concerned about for the future. They cleaned my teeth extremely well. I brought my 4 year old daughter here on that day and they were able to squeeze her in for an appointment. My daughter had such a pleasant experience with the dentist as they made her very comfortable. It’s crucial that children have good experiences at the dentist early on in order for them to build a healthy, trusting relationship with their dentist. My daughter came home excited to brush her teeth and improve her dental hygiene. We both had such an amazing experience that I convinced my wife to book an appointment. My wife has been with her dentist since she was a child and would drive over 30 minutes to her dentist because she was convinced her dentist was the best. After one appointment with the dental hygienist and dentist at Floss & Gloss, she was convinced that she had to make the move to Floss & Gloss. With poor care and lack of knowledge eventually, my teeth felt weak and my gums were consistently bleeding. While being in the neighborhood, thankfully I walked into Floss & Gloss Dental Hygiene Care. Not only is this place immensely clean and spotless, but my hygienist Farah Sheikh made me feel immensely comfortable while taking her time being supportive and explaining every single process. I’m very sensitive to pain, especially when it comes to my teeth, and if I were to be honest, I didn’t flinch once ! There were plaque stains on the top and bottom while immense tartar built up behind my teeth leading to my gums bleeding frequently. I’m very bad with my flossing and Farah took the time to sit there and show me the proper way to floss and explained to me in detail what can happen if I do not become a frequent flosser.
